Comments: This jazz Festival was recovered in original Mod Orange by Jack Lawton. Interior has been repainted white. I guess the Mod Orange cortex came from a floor tom that had been covered in Black Panther at the Ludwig factory, because the Mode Orange was no success back then. Or it may have been painted black at some point. You can see some fine black dots in the cortex in some of the panels. But you have to look close. It is a great sounding and very playable drum.
